London Creative Gals – Refund & Transfer Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to be fair and supportive.
Please take a moment to read our refund and ticket transfer policy below.
Public Events
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date.
Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be processed, as materials, venue, and staffing are confirmed in advance.
Private Events
Refunds for private bookings are available up to 14 days before the scheduled event.
After this period, all bookings are considered final.
Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost.
To do so, you must provide the following details at least 24 hours before the event:

Contact phone number
This ensures that we can update our guest list and welcome them properly on the day!

Tickets cannot be transferred to a different event or date.

In the unlikely event that London Creative Gals needs to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event of the same value.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
