Welcome to London Creative Gals!
These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for attending our events and using our services. By purchasing a ticket or participating in one of our activities, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

London Creative Gals is a creative social community based in London, offering workshops, walks, and creative experiences designed to bring women together through art, design, and connection.
All events are run by our team or trusted partners and are designed to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone.

2. Ticket Purchases

All event tickets must be purchased through our official booking platforms or directly through our authorised team.
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details.

Tickets are non-transferable between events but can be transferred to another person free of charge if you can no longer attend.
In this case, you must provide us with the full name, email address, and phone number of the new participant before the event date.

3. Refund Policy

• Public events: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date.

• Private events: Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date.

• After this period, tickets are non-refundable, as materials, venue, and staff are pre-booked.

Refund requests must be sent in writing to hello@londoncreativegals.com.
Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

If you cannot attend, you may gift or transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost — simply send us their details in advance.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

In rare cases, an event may need to be rescheduled or cancelled (for example, due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances).
If this happens, you’ll be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
We’ll always do our best to notify you as early as possible.

5. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority.
Please follow all instructions from our hosts and collaborators during the event.
London Creative Gals is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation unless caused by proven negligence.

6. Photography & Media

By attending a London Creative Gals event, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes (social media, website, newsletters).
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our host on arrival — we’ll be happy to respect your privacy.

7. Behaviour & Community Guidelines

We believe in kindness, respect, and inclusivity.
Any form of disrespectful, disruptive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All event content, materials, guides, and designs are the intellectual property of London Creative Gals or our collaborators.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
